This 3-week tour begins in The Peak District where Greg grew up. You’ll experience some fabulous walks through hamlets dating back 500 years, along canals and rivers and enjoy one of England’s most famous country events, The Chatsworth Country Show. From there you’ll marvel at the breath-taking Lake District before embarking on a 3 day walk along one of the Roman Empires most significant structures, Hadrian’s Wall. Heading East you’ll stay in Ramside Hall on the outskirts of historic Durham City where you’ll enjoy a guided tour that includes Durham Castle and Cathedral, an awe-inspiring landmark completed in 1133. With no more that 10 guests, you’ll stay in hand-picked B&B’s and cosy pubs, enjoying local cuisine and hospitality.
